Important announcement

After 14 years of exciting dining experiences and services,

the time has arrived to close restaurant Carte Blanche as of July 1st, 2024.

This decision has been made due to changing guest demands and dining habits.

In addition, other contributing factors include staff recruitment challenges and time management.

From now on, the team will solely focus its efforts and attention on its sister restaurants Wilhelmina and Olivia.

Of course you will find Glen and Ries there continuing to provide their knowledge and skills,

while looking forward to a new chapter in their careers.

Being the first original Chef’s table restaurant on Aruba since 2010, we will surely miss the concept and

cherish the many unforgettable memories and amazing long term guest relationships.
